This summer the Education Department will holding meetings with parents and guardians to obtain consent forms for the upcoming school year. Each student will receive a consent form in the mail. The forms can be returned to the Education Department by mail or in-person. Each returned consent form will be eligible for a prize…the prize is a Fitbit.
