Rental units including; apartments, duplexes, seniors’ complex and duplexes, single family dwellings.
Weekly inspections with a qualified inspector.
Assist members with annual R.R.A.P. , H.A.S.I. and E.R.P. grants offered through C.M.H.C. to help homeowners who qualify for home renovations
